Proto - Innovation as a Service
Proto is an innovation service offering created at Razorfish. The idea was to take clients through a design thinking process, ending with a product or service that can be scaled through Razorfish services.
- Created Proto as a new service within Razorfish
- Partnered with client executives across Razorfish to market within their customers.
- Designed the process, which included partnerships with Growth Sciences (an algorithm for business products and ideas), plus Iterate Studios.
- Work with cross discipline teams to create, design the logo and offering, and execute using a "special ops" team model.
- Sold Proto into various new and existing clients.
