With a wealth of experience in fast-paced technology and innovation companies, Anthony has honed his skills in scaling and establishing culture, human resources, and talent. His unique design-thinking approach has allowed him to create people-centric organizations that drive growth and innovation.
Before joining Suzy, Anthony held leadership positions at several high-growth companies, including General Manager for U.S. operations at Konrad Group, a global innovation, media, and education firm, and leading U.S. strategy and operations for SmartUp, a SaaS learning and development startup. His experience also extends to Solidstreaming, Fresh Direct, Zeta Interactive, Big Fuel, and Razorfish.
In addition to his work in the corporate world, Anthony is a certified consultant in Exponential Organizations (ExO) through Singularity University. He leverages his expertise by serving as an advisor for well-funded, high-growth tech startups such as Bennie, Change Engine, Lattice, Namely, Rolepoint, Talentrackr, and Makerspace.NYC. Collectively, these companies have raised over $100 million in venture capital.
Anthony's dedication to fostering innovation extends to his founding of Ella Adventures in 2015, a company that produces the comic book and cartoon series "Ella the Engineer." Designed to inspire young girls to explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields, as well as entrepreneurship, the comic promotes curiosity and creativity in the next generation of business leaders.
